Project Overview

The Caulfield Hospital was first established in 1916 to serve as an army hospital. Over the years AAH has been engaged on numerous occasions to assist with refurbishments

• Assist occupational hygienist in sampling of potentially contaminated materials
• Removal of asbestos contaminated soil
• Removal of asbestos contaminated pits
• Removal of asbestos contaminated debris
• Removal of asbestos contaminated cement sheets
• Removal of asbestos contaminated floor tiles
• Removal of asbestos eaves
• Removal of carpet
• Removal of ceiling tiles
• Removal of asbestos adhesive
• Reinstatement of ceiling tiles
• Removal of asbestos contaminated switchboard lining and doors
• Floor grinding to various areas back to slab ready for reinstatement
• Transport & disposal of all waste to EPA licensed facilities
